Delivery time

Delivery times apply from conclusion of the contract (for prepayment, from receipt of payment):

• Germany: up to 14 days
• EU and United Kingdom: up to 21 days
• All other countries: up to 30 days

Shipping costs

• Germany: €4.99 – free on orders from €100
• EU and United Kingdom: €13.99 – free on orders from €150
• All other countries: €19.99 – free on orders from €150

All prices include statutory VAT. If prices are shown in another currency, they are converted from euros. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply, which are payable by the recipient.

Ordering

Add the products you want to your cart and go to checkout. Enter your contact details and delivery address, then choose your shipping and payment method. Before submitting, you will see an overview of your order and can correct all details. By clicking the buy button, you place a binding order.

Returns & withdrawal

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. You will find all details in our cancellation policy.

How it works:

1. Send us a short email to shop@deepwoods.de with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. For orders of €40 or more within the EU, we will send you a free DHL return label. In all other cases, you bear the cost of returning the goods.
3. Send the goods to: Deep Woods / Pretty Pink, Querstrasse 25, 04103 Leipzig, Germany.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs using the payment method you used.

Please return the goods undamaged and in their original packaging if possible. This is not a requirement for your withdrawal.
